Delivery & Inspection Protocol

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Customers choosing Cash on Delivery (COD) have the right and responsibility to inspect the package before making payment.

Package Inspection

When the courier arrives, please inspect the external packaging in the presence of the delivery agent.

If the package appears:

• crushed
• opened
• leaking
• tampered with

you may refuse to accept the order.

Once payment is made to the courier agent, the order will be considered accepted in its delivered condition.

Address & Identity Verification

Orders are delivered to private addresses such as homes or offices. For security reasons and to prevent fraud, the recipient may be asked to show a valid CNIC or government-issued ID, especially for high-value orders.

Unsuccessful Deliveries

If a Cash on Delivery order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address or refusal of the package, The Redbodies reserves the right to charge a re-shipping fee for a new delivery attempt.
