At The Redbodies, we want you to shop luxury perfumes with confidence. Our Returns & Exchanges Policy explains the process if you receive a damaged product or need assistance with your order.
Return Eligibility
We accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:
- The product was damaged during delivery
- The wrong item was delivered
- The product packaging shows leakage or serious damage
Customers must report the issue within 24 hours of receiving the order.
Important Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition
- The product must include all original packaging
- Proof of purchase or order number must be provided
Products that have been used, opened, or tampered with cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.
Exchange Process
If your request is approved, we will arrange an exchange for the same product or provide an alternative solution depending on product availability.
Refund Policy
Refunds may be issued only in cases where an exchange is not possible. Approved refunds will be processed according to our internal review and payment method.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and authenticity reasons, we cannot accept returns for:
- Used perfumes
- Opened fragrance bottles
- Products reported after the return period
